Martin Bernard, Universität Wien

Martin Bernard is a PhD candidate in constitutional and administrative law at the University of Vienna, where he also completed his undergraduate degree in law. His research covers a variety of issues in public law, including the procedural aspects of executive rule-making and the role of law in education.

Hanna Palmanshofer, Universität Wien

Hanna Palmanshofer is a PhD candidate in constitutional and administrative law at the University of Vienna, where she also completed degrees in theatre, film, and media studies as well as law and political science. Her research focuses on judicial protection in administrative law, the constitutional framework of democratic governance, state theory, and legal history.
