Author Biography

Joel Hernández, Inter American Commission on Human Rights

Joel Hernandez is a graduate from the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico where he obtained a bachelor of laws degree. He also holds a master of laws (LLM) from New York University School of Law. He is currently member of the Inter American Commission on Human Rights for the period 2018-2021 and vice-President of the Inter-American Juridical Committee.
